Autumn arrived Wednesday, September the 23rd even though the weather conditions felt more like summer.
The fair weather, dry, and warm temperatures are likely for the Friday, September the 25th high school games. Look for partly cloudy skies, light winds, dry conditions, and temperatures for the 7:00 p.m. kickoffs to be in the low to the middle 70s.
The scheduled area contests include:
The Springfield Wildcats host Butler
The Tecumseh Arrows travel to Urbana to play the Hillclimbers
The Greenon Knights travel to play the Shawnee Braves
The Northwestern Warriors travel to Kenton Ridge to play the Cougars
The Catholic Central Irish host the Northeastern Jets
Cedarville travels to Southeastern.
For Saturday, September the 26th, the weather conditions will be different. A low pressure storm system over the southeastern states pushes clouds and a slight chance of rain showers into the region. However, the conditions should be mostly dry under mostly cloudy skies with afternoon temperatures in the middle 70s to around 80 degrees.
The Wittenberg Tigers travel to Wabash, Indiana to play the Wabash Little Giants.
The Ohio State Buckeyes stay in Columbus to play the Western Michigan Broncos.
Enjoy these games and I hope you see a victory!
